Roncalli Catholic Schools has been blessed by the charisms of two religious orders. The Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity and the De La Salle Christian brothers have graciously served our schools as teachers and in leadership roles. We are grateful for their many contributions to Catholic education.
Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity
The Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity were founded as teachers and educators in 1869. Since then, their ministries and services have expanded beyond Catholic education to Catholic health care, parishes and special ministries. Their charisms continue to be simplicity, joyful acceptance of poverty, love for the Church and selfless dedication to others.De La Salle Christian Brothers
The LaSallian mission provides a human and Christian education to the young, especially the poor. The mission serves more than 100,000 people through a network of colleges/universities, secondary schools, middle and elementary schools, and other ministries in the United States and Canada.
